The clients of AS Viisnurk furniture factory in Scandinavia and Russia are estimated decrease of retail sales in first quarter of 2009. It causes smaller production volumes and the management of the company has created the plan for accommodation of the situation. Part of the plan will be part-time working time in various periods in furniture factory.

 

On the assumption of abovementioned AS Viisnurk has filed a request to the Labour Inspectorate for applying a part-time working time to 208 employees for a time period from 12 January 2009 to 08 February 2009 .
