The Building Materials Division produces and markets two softboard-based product categories: insulation and interior finishing panels for walls and ceilings.

Insulation Boards

Softboards are highly appreciated building material for their insulation and soundproofing properties and ability to provide wind-protection and rigidity in wall, ceiling and floor structures.

Impregnated softboards used for insulation and wind-protection in wall, ceiling and roof structures of buildings come in different sizes as external thermal insulation, i.e. wind-protection boards and roofing boards with milled tenons.

Underflooring boards are used on concrete or wooden surfaces that do not require additional levelling while installing new or renovating existing floors.

Standard boards are used for additional insulation of ceilings and walls indoors. 

The company also sells insulation boards bearing its brand name ISOPLAAT.The insulation boards biggest markets are Finland, Netherlands, Germany and Portugal.

The Division has been a member of FEROPA since 1995.

Interior Finishing Panels

Interior finishing panels for decorating ceilings and walls is sold under the company´s brand name ISOTEX.
Natural softboards are used for producing interior finishing panels: tenons are milled into the edges of panels and they are covered with wallpaper or textile. The technology enables to produce panels of various colours and patterns. Tenons on the edges of panels enable fast installation and there is no need for further finishing.

Quatro ceiling panels with tongue-and-groove tenons on four edges are especially easy to mount and transport, has the greatest share among the product groups. Quatro panels offer a customer a wider choice of options when designing a ceiling and do not set any limits to its size. To promote customer satisfaction, ceiling panels are now flame resistant.

In 2002, an innovative product - the ISOTEX wall panel with a washable surface - was introduced to the market.

All Isotex products are provided with declarations of conformity and non-flammability of ceiling panels has been certified on all target markets where the panels are sold.
