Timber is considered to be a fast renewable natural resource, however, taking into consideration the general demand for timber as a high-quality raw material, it is a limited resource. Diversified beneficiation of timber means that AS Viisnurk manufactures consumer goods that are the products of highest practical value to use timber as sparingly and completely as possible. Such utilisation of timber is beneficial for the society due to sensible use of resources, for the state as it provides wider basis for taxation, and for the company as it creates more profitable results, stable working environment and better opportunities.

In this context, various products refer to the items that are fully or partially made of wood, however, keeping in mind other products if manufacturing or marketing of the latter supports directly or indirectly the achievement of the company’s vision.
